Payment options

We are contracted with most major insurance companies and we accept Apple Health plans. 

Because Sprout’s midwifery practice, naturopathic practice and birth center are recognized as three separate entities by most insurance companies, your plan’s website may not accurately reflect our covered scope of care.  If you have any concerns about this – call us!

We do take most major medical plans either in-network or out-of-network.  If you  are planning to deliver  with us, ask how you can use your Tricare insurance.    

We have a medical insurance biller who can work with you to determine your insurance company’s probable contribution towards your health care so that you will know what your contribution will be.

We also have a cash-pay options and sliding scales, including a flat-fee option for seniors or those on Medicare.  We believe all people deserve access to safe empowering healthcare.
